The ignore for `gallery/how_to/work_with_microtvm/micro_tvmc.py` was added in both apache#10701 and apache#10729. This removes the duplicate entry.

The ignore for `gallery/how_to/work_with_microtvm/micro_tvmc.py` was added in both apache#10701 and apache#10729. This removes the duplicate entry.
