### What is this PR for? Follow-up to #4825. Now that Spark 4.0 is officially released, update the build to use the release, add to CI matrix, and bump max supported version. ### What type of PR is it? Feature ### What is the Jira issue? https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ZEPPELIN-6086 ### How should this be tested? * Strongly recommended: add automated unit tests for any new or changed behavior * Outline any manual steps to test the PR here.
