This puts the files in a more traditional directory structure (e.g. src/main/webapp) and it backs off some upgrades by renovate that use the jakarta package structure instead of javax. I also added classloader-leak-prevention-servlet to make sure the app stops due to appStop. It looks like linefeeds are changing on a couple files. I think it is removing CRLFs.
