Fork from kubiks-inc/otel. Rename the npm scope from @kubiks/* to @api-blitz/* across otel-autumn and otel-drizzle, reset both to 1.0.0, and drop 9 packages that aren't being carried forward (otel-better-auth, otel-clickhouse, otel-e2b, otel-inbound, otel-mongodb, otel-polar, otel-resend, otel-upstash-queues, otel-upstash-workflow). Rewrite the root README with installation + release instructions and credit the original Kubiks repo. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
