This PR adds support for parsing the "License Object" in OAS 3. This is parsed into a "link" element, a link of the relation
licensewhich is described in Web Linking RFC (https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5988#section-6.2.2) which contains thelicenserelation under the initial registry content, the license relation is described in further detail in rfc4946, where https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4946#section-2.1 describes a URL to be used as the unspecified license link in the case where aurlis not described in the specification.Closes #80
