## Summary
- Auto-install gateway daemon service when not loaded, instead of
requiring manual `mayros onboard`
- Remove duplicate `resolveGatewayPort()` call in ensure-services
- Bump version to 0.1.12 (root + 49 extensions)

- [ ] Fresh install: `npm i -g @apilium/mayros && mayros` → gateway
auto-installs and starts
- [ ] Update: existing users get seamless gateway restart
- [ ] Uninstall + reinstall: clean state works without `mayros onboard`
