UI: misleading guide for adding featured APIs

Description

When there is no featured APIs, in opening page of the site there is a guide text:
"You can add featured APIs from Branding section under Settings."

Problem

However, with the UI the featured API handling is on Branding page, inside area Project Branding, sub item Featured APIs.

In menu there is also a Settings selection, but there are handled different matters.

Solution

Correct front page guide text:

"You can add featured APIs from Branding section under Featured APIs."
