Vamos: No mail settings are configured. So emails sent from platform doesn't arrive at inbox

Steps to Reproduce:

1. go to page: https://vamos.apif.io and login as an admin
2. Go to user>Settings page
3. Scroll down to see the entire content

Outcome:
No email settings are defined in the platform.
Infact the section containing email settings field are not available in the platform.
Hence, emails sent form the platform (e.g. sending link for resetting password) doesn't end up at user's inbox.

Expected Behavior:
There should be setting available to configure email settings for a platform.
Site admin should be able to enable/disable the settings and configure them if needed.

Environment:
Windows 10, IE11, APInf vamos site (https://vamos.apinf.io)

e.g. I made a mistake thinking that email settings are available under Branding Menu.
Those are actually located in Settings menu and needs to be configured.
Hence closing the issue.
