Appa Run version 0.4.4 only contains a GUI generation modification that does not impact Appa Build. Appa Build can therefore run indifferently with Appa Run 0.4.3 or 0.4.4.
Nonetheless, installing Appa Run version 0.4.4 within the same environment than Appa Build could be beneficial for some users.
I would suggest to modify the apparun version requirement to a "greater or equal" rather than "strictly equal" to guarantee more flexibility, while avoiding having to bump apparun's version in the requirements at each apparun release, even when non necessary.
Also note that you have to apply the same modification to the pyproject.toml which is used for packaging.

Appabuild requirement of Apparun version was not aligned with current Apparun and Appabuild versions.
