Saving state triggered with no changes made after returning from design mode

This video is about how the saving state is triggered while no changes is made after coming back from the design mode.

things to notice:

1. no * when first opening the layout file
2. enter design mode and do nothing then go back
3. the * appear in the layout file name
4. save option also become available
5. saving does not clear the * edited flag
