… to CLAUDE.md - TECH_DEBT_PLAN.md: update Current status to 2026-06-25 (Phase 0/1 complete; D1 DeployFragment carve DONE 3032->~855; Fragment lint detectors re-enabled ADFA-4443; MissingTranslation hard error ADFA-4453; Phase 2 still untouched; MainActivity/SyncFragment/D3 + Phase 4 items still open). Mark the lint workaround section RETIRED. - CLAUDE.md: add the low-noise ticketing exception (trivial APK-neutral changes may ship docs:/chore: without a per-edit issue; reference-worthy docs ride the related PR or the standing Docs-maintenance umbrella). Docs-only, APK-neutral. References umbrella ADFA-4452 (not a child of it).
