…urvives recreation) Records that the rootfs install now runs in a foreground InstallService and survives configuration-change recreation / backgrounding, that the projection gauge + planner selections also survive (ADFA-4474, PRs #87/#89/#90), and that D9 (download state → Activity-scoped ViewModel) is done. Notes the open follow-up ADFA-4476 (module-grid selection survival + scratch-reset / per-module installs through the service). Docs-only, APK-neutral; rides the docs-maintenance umbrella ADFA-4452 (referenced, not a child).
