No joy. The send message dialog box is still a full column but now it doesn't close. The debug reports that it's still a standard window. |

Thunderbird is easy to set up. The first time setup wizard takes care of the whole thing in a few minutes. |

What exact actions I need in thunderbird to see the popup you mention. Does it require setting up the real mailbox and sending emails? |

Another bug I ran into in r27 and r29: if you have windows vertically stacked and the Mac goes to screen lock, when you unlock the screen it makes all the columns cover the top ⅔ of the screen. |

Hard to trace as this requires widows vertically tiled on the screen and you have to lock the screen and let it go black before opening it. This is what happens with r33: |

When using Thunderbird (in my case), creating a new message creates a new column. This is perfectly fine and to be expected. However, when the message is sent, the dialog box shows up as a column. Is there any way to exempt this popup, allow it to float as normal?
