I've got this working against 0.26 just fine, and have for months. You @JingYang0725 you should confirm you're importing webdriver via:

from appium import webdriver

as well, that you don't have appium.py or webdriver.py in your project causing conflict.

However, I still see issues when installing directly from master in GitHub with latest version it results in the following:

ImportError while importing test module '/Users/trackvia-ios/Projects/NeXgen-iOS/tests/e2e/test_forms.py'.
Hint: make sure your test modules/packages have valid Python names.

Also, when will you be releasing a new version of the Python client to coincide with the recent changes that have been made for Xcode 9.3 iOS 11.3 etc. in coordination with Facebook's WebDriverAgent updates and Appium 1.6 release?

@trackvia-ios regarding InvalidArgumentException, which version of selenium are you using? Try to update it to newer version because it looks like you are using some old version with new Appium-Python-Client.
