Implements
contextmethods in Python, for switching between native apps and webviews. I've kept everything in line with the official Selenium bindings, though for now I have no made tests that would fly with them, since that needs some thinking to get working right and acceptable. At the moment it seems more important to have working clients for users to start using Appium with.@jlipps
