Convert Status.actor.cpp to standard coroutines

This PR builds on #12957. The first commit does a mechanical conversion of most of the file using the actor rewrite tool. Later commits use AsyncResult to avoid unnecessary expensive copies to avoid a performance regression. mako was used with #12965 to validate that there was not a clusterGetStatus performance regression with this change.
