Breaking change: `relay implement` is removed. Implementation now
happens in your foreground Claude Code or Codex session against
shared .workspace/ state; `relay ship` discovers PRs via
`gh pr list --search "Closes #N"`. See CHANGELOG.md for the
migration path and the full set of additive features (relay status,
relay cleanup, pointer maintenance, hook simplification).
