This PR fixes incorrect platform labels in the changelog.
The "Android Features" section was referencing the iOS SDK update,
and the "iOS Features" section was referencing the Android SDK update.
Corrected the headings to match the actual SDK updates.
This improves clarity and prevents confusion for developers reading the release notes.
