Create a proxy WebServer module

Other web servers like e.g. nginx have the possibility to act as proxies or load balancers.
This would be a great enhancement for the appserver to have such possibilities too.

UAC:

• There MUST be a module which at least enables to forward any incoming traffic to another server able to accept it
• The module MUST enable forwarding to several other servers including at least one algorithm to ensure load balancing
• There SHOULD be the possibility for intelligent load balancing based on analysis of the current load situation
