[Task]: Backend POC for reactive queries

This POC aims to understand whether backend has information about the query/action dependencies as these are required by frontend to execute such queries automatically

It also aims to check following things:

• Check if appsmith store dependency can be extracted on backend
• Check if JS object variable dependencies are identified in the backend
• See if this reactiveActions can be made available in published mode

This POC helped us to undertsnad that when backend provided correct dependency map, frontned is able to consume it and trigger appropriate action executions
