Google auth team recommends using drive.file for Appsmith, but based on inputs from @infinitetrooper we need .../auth/documents

Need to create a youtube video showcasing this justification.

Also another action item is to address "Your privacy policy does not state what Google user data is accessed by your application." Taking care of it through this slack thread
