mariadb connection refused on user registration

after installation on docker windows i am unable to Register a new user the ui tells me "registration failed try again later " in the mariadb container the following line is present

all containers are running and i did not change the original yaml file

Installation was not complete had to wait 30 min for maria to setup the schema

Yes this was resolved , the mariadb container just takes a bit longer to setup the first time but after that runs without a hitch

@Taha-Firoz please check what tables you have in your MariaDB server. You can SSH into the MariaDB container using this command:

docker exec -it [CONTAINER_ID] bash

Replace [CONTAINER_ID] with your mariadb actual ID (docker ps to view it)

I did go through it, I had at least the MariaDB default User table was there from my initial look around. Which tables should be there?

One of these errors pop up whenever I click register, do you think it's related to tables not being created? and if they aren't should I manually run that all.sql file through CLI. I'm waiting on the containers to start, I was wrangling with this problem for a while until I just gave up and deleted everything.

There's a good chance that this is related to the missing tables. You can also change your Appwrite container _APP_ENV var in your docker-compose.yml from production to development. This will allow you to get a verbose error message in your Appwrite console devtools network tab, where there is a response with a 500 status code.

I can't paste the file into it, for some reason docker on windows poweshell SSH sessions won't let me paste.

Not very familiar with Windows. Maybe CMD will work better for this?
