I've added the templates for bug, docs, and feature-related issues.

@lohanidamodar I've updated the templates accordingly. I haven't however had time to update the screenshots, but I've basically changed it to look pretty similar to the https://github.com/appwrite/appwrite ones, with some specificities such as pointing to the Docker tag version, instead of pointing to Appsmith's version
