The "Tkinter is Dead, Long Live Qt" Update

UI Migration (PySide6)
We nuked the old Tkinter UI because looking at it made our eyes bleed. The entire interface has been reconstructed from scratch using PySide6. It now possesses the dark magic of "not freezing when you click a button" and actually resembles software made in this century.

New Features & Overhauls

• Time-Travel Downloads: Download just the 10 seconds of the podcast you actually care about (e.g., *00:00:00-00:00:10) instead of hoarding the entire 4-hour rant. Your SSD sends its regards.
• Multilingual Yelling: The app has expanded its vocabulary. It can now fail to download your geoblocked videos in 14 different languages — English, Indonesian, Russian, Arabic, Japanese, Spanish, French, and more. Diversity!
• Self-Aware Updater: VidMuncher achieved sentience. Aside from aggressively babysitting yt-dlp and FFmpeg, it now stalks its own GitHub repo to see if a newer, less-buggy clone of itself exists. It also finally learned basic math and won't trick you into "upgrading" to an older version anymore.
• Civilized Installers: Windows gets a magical Setup Wizard and a Portable ZIP. Linux gets .deb, .rpm, and Arch .pkg.tar.zst. Because pretending to be a hacker by compiling from source lost its charm years ago.

Assorted Fixes & Blood Sacrifices
Obliterated various download anomalies, sacrificed a few legacy bugs to the code gods, and heavily refactored the entire codebase so the developer doesn't cry when reading it.
