[BUG] On website the Filter section does not work for Competition Properly

Description

In competition Filter of Filter Project on website-. No option will get selected if it is get selected and you want to changes the filter the changes occurs in the Popularity

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to website of opensox
2. Click on Projects
3. Click on Filters projects
4. Select Python in tech stack
5. select Popularity Low
6. Select competition
7. No option will get selected if it is get selected and you want to changes the filter the changes occurs in the Popularity ### Expected Behavior

when we changes in Competition the changes will be occurs in Popularity not in Competition

the changes occurs in Popularity
