This PR removes the deprecated Telegram Mini App template references and updates the Aptos CLI installation instructions to include a winget-based installation method for Windows.
- In the Chinese (zh) Windows CLI installation page, a new winget installation snippet has been added.
- In the English (en) Windows CLI installation page, a similar winget installation snippet has been added.
- The Telegram Mini App template reference has been removed from the English dapp templates page and the corresponding redirect from next.config.mjs has been removed.
