This pull request updates the README.md to provide a much more comprehensive and user-friendly introduction to the monorepo. The new documentation highlights features, project overviews, quick start instructions, and contribution guidelines, making it easier for users and contributors to understand and get started with the project.

Documentation improvements:

  • Added detailed feature highlights, including type safety, auto-generated documentation, built-in security, extensibility, and developer experience for Azure Functions V4.
  • Provided clear overviews and examples for the main projects: @apvee/azure-functions-openapi and test-functions, including sample endpoints and usage scenarios.
  • Included step-by-step quick start instructions, prerequisites, and build/run commands for new users.
  • Outlined the monorepo's development setup, project structure, and contribution workflow to assist new contributors.
  • Added a roadmap and support section to communicate upcoming features and ways to get help or participate in the project.
