JSON Patch library based on Starcounter-Jack/JSON-Patch (commit 9d313ac01916e525e9204074f06e5295edec491b) tayloer to the needs of this repo's maintainer. Notably, it exports a single ESM-compatible module without all the unneeded stuff.
