* Weird thing happening here to do with Draw2D Animation.
* If a figure is moved or resized in a Diagram and an Undo or Redo is performed then
* this ZestView gets an Ecore change event which needs to refresh or update the GraphViewer.
* Under some circumstance the Animation in the Diagram does not happen (just the animation delay time occurs).
* It seems that somehow the Zest GraphViewer is calling LayoutAnimator.layout() and nobbling the diagram's animation.
