* This does not fix the Linux problem in #701 of DnD from an online URL from the embedded browser because Linux uses FileTransfer for DnD in the embedded browser

* But I added URLTransfer which adds these features:
* DND from an external browser with local and online URL now works for Linux and Mac
* DND from the embedded browser with local and online URL now works for Mac
