Problem: Reingest will fail given a Dataverse transfer type #107
Description
Because the Dataverse workflow has its own set of scripts to generate custom METS structures as parts of its workflow, the standard reingest mechanism will fail if we attempt to reingest a Dataverse AIP.
At time of writing, this piece of work has no milestone.
