This PR improves the Hindi (hi) translations by resolving all remaining fuzzy entries
and refining a small number of existing translations in base.po.
The goal was to improve translation quality and consistency without introducing
large or risky changes.
I plan to continue contributing by refining translations further and keeping
the Hindi locale up to date with future string changes.
