The simd feature compiled innr and wired it to nothing (zero innr
references in src), and logp appeared only in a doc comment; both were
compile-cost-only edges that also inflated the workspace dependency
graphs. Removing a public feature is the breaking bump. Implementing a
real innr path in the kernels stays open if profiling ever motivates
it.
