Can't upload to arduino

Hello guys! Today i went to upload to my arduino uno board and got this error

An error occurred while uploading the sketch

This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
option enabled in File -> Preferences.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thank you!

I think your boot-loader are corrupted. So that you can upload the boot-loader on Arduino uno.
