`arduino:zephyr` platform update breaks app `.cache`

It seems that an update of the zephyr global core does not make the arduino-cli discard the old cache in .cache, which usually ends up in a linking error during compilation.

This could be related to this update to the sketch profile arduino/arduino-cli#2940
