Remove `ARDUINOBOT_TOKEN` when `qdl-packing` repository becomes public

At the moment, we need the ARDUINOBOT_TOKEN to get access to the qdl-packing releases and build the arduino-flasher-cli. Once that repository becomes public, we can remove the token.
