Cannot use the firmware uploader for the second time on macOS

Describe the problem

After successfully executing a firmware upload from the dialog, the Tools > WiFi101 / WiFiNINA Firmware Updater is disabled on macOS. As a workaround, I have to focus on another app, then focus back on IDE2 to enable it again.

To reproduce

• Execute a Tools > WiFi101 / WiFiNINA Firmware Updater,
• When it's successful, close the dialog,
• Tools > WiFi101 / WiFiNINA Firmware Updater is disabled,
• Set focus on another app, then back on to IDE2,
• Tools > WiFi101 / WiFiNINA Firmware Updater is enabled.

Expected behavior

window blur and focus events are not required to have enabled Tools > WiFi101 / WiFiNINA Firmware Updater menu item.
