A little more adjustment of Output window

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Feature adjustment only. The output window take up a lot of space that could make the code more visible. I understand the output needs to be seen especially by a beginner.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. allow the user to shrink it more toward the bottom, but yet visible.
2. allow the user to shrink it to the very bottom, but when program is compiled or uploaded it opens to a certain height so its visible again.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe a pop out window that activates when IDE compiled or uploaded.

Additional context
Most of the time on the IDE is writing code. So as much of the screen that is possible should go to that.

I see we already have a prior issue report about this at #308.
