Some Windows users cannot flash on USB 3.0 ports #2
Description
Some users with Arduino 101 package 1.0.5 can no longer upload sketches via USB 3.0 ports with this new dfu-util. The previous binary in 1.0.4 (built by Intel) worked for these users.
There are two main differences:
- Intel-built v0.8+ dfu-util came from git://git.code.sf.net/p/dfu-util/dfu-util (commit e123655)
- libusb-1.0 DLL was previously included separately instead of statically linked
