Describe the problem

New versions of contribute libraries are not published for almost two weeks now.
Examples are my libraries EthernetENC and UIPEthernet and khoih-prog's libraries TimerInterrupt_Generic and SAMD_TimerInterrupt.
New versions of Keyboard library and Arduino_Braccio_plusplus library are available in Library Manager. Both are in arduino-libraries repository
