Merge these changes by Tim Wilkinson <tim.j.wilkinson@gmail.com> from upstream: * Add tc utility (aredn#2674) - Note: +tiny uses tc-tiny instead of tc-full * Fix sysinfo to match arednlink file changes (aredn#2675) * Experimental QoS improvements (aredn#2676) * Fix retrieval of host list for iperf and ping tools (aredn#2677) * Use the mesh.getNodeList in more places and remove dup code (aredn#2678) * Silence errors when trying to read radio noise (aredn#2679) * Disable resource hashes when using direct LAN access. (aredn#2681) * Add dhcp leases file to support data (aredn#2683) * Note: Halow and HE commits were merged only these have any effect in +tiny * Restrict 20MHz channels to those specified. * Improve the channel selection restrictions. Additional differences in +tiny from the above changes: * Stay at OPENWRT_COMMIT=v24.10.2 * Don't retrieve Morse packages, which are useless for Tiny * Use the slightly smaller tc-tiny instead of tc-full for traffic shaping * Don't apply 715-netifd.patch, which is not applicable to v24
