I'll merge this PR since it is getting large, but I have created an associated issue that this refinement raised where the out-coming commodity is not being updated by the archetype. A simple addition to the for loop should address this inside EVER's update functionality. #42 |

This PR changes the otr_fuel to HALEU and refines the plots for the ever_update_test. It also creates a single EVER deployment scenario without a cycamore reactor.
