Timestamping on locutions #39
Description
In the QT version of OVA (http://www.arg.tech/~john/qtova/) timestamps from the transcript can be assigned to locutions and shown in the analysis. It would be good to include this in OVA3, though it requires thought on how to handle timestamp formats.
