cli proxy-url opt-out

Hello,
I reach the clusters using proxy-url, however the Argocd Server has direct access.
Would you support to introduce a no-proxy-url cli argument that skips the copy of a (potentially set) proxy-url from the rest-config into the cluster-config during the addition of a new cluster using the cli?
I have a commit ready that would do that.
