Migrate lab website from a Jekyll-based static site to a React-based site

This PR updates the lab homepage from a Jekyll-based static site to a React-based architecture.

Key changes:

• Introduced a responsive design for better usability across devices.
• Website content is now managed via Google Spreadsheets.
• GitHub Actions automatically rebuild and deploy the site, eliminating the need for direct HTML edits.
  • Actions → Run workflow

Please check the repository settings before merging:

• Settings → Pages → Build and deployment is set to GitHub Actions
• Custom domain and Enforce HTTPS are correctly configured
