RetroAchievements support

Just putting up here the idea.
I use RetroAchievements on Bark era and it is really fun to try and complete the challenges. Would be amazing to be able to do this with RetroAssembly

Though I personally don't use RetroAchievements, we've done some research on that. The bad news is that it's quite hard to integrate RetroAchievements into browser-based emulators. Related upstream issue: libretro/RetroArch#10851

So, please correct me if I did not understand it correctly:

• this project does not use retroarch in the backend currently

• it would need to use retroarch in the backend compiled with web assembly to support achievements

• retroarch does not work with web assembly currently because of their calls not being websockets

Is this correct?

• RetroArch does have a WebAssembly bulid, but that WebAssembly build does not support RetroAchievements due to its lack of the network ability.
• This project does use RetroArch WebAssembly build under the hood, so we share the same limitations.
