ChangeX v0.1.8 — Quick Look, easier access, in-app controller

🔍 Quick Look preview (new)

Press Space on any .changex file in Finder to see its redline — who changed what — via a native macOS Quick Look extension. Download ChangeX-QuickLook.dmg below (signed + notarized), then changex quicklook enable (or the app's Settings → Quick Look). Toggle on/off anytime.

🔓 Easier file access

  • changex doctor names the exact app macOS is blocking (e.g. Claude.app) and opens Full Disk Access for you (--open-settings).
  • The desktop app has a Grant access button.
  • Or skip permissions: in Claude Desktop, upload the doc into the chat and ask changex — it reads the upload (no Full Disk Access needed) and hands back the tracked .docx + .changex.

🖥️ In-app controller

The viewer's Settings panel now does updates and Quick Look enable/disable, alongside Grant access — mirroring the CLI (changex doctor / quicklook / connect).
