This commit updates the NanoTDF and its related tests to handle signatures and Policy Key Access. It primarily makes fields mutable in NanoTDF structures and adds new code for handling signatures and Policy Key Access. Also, it fixes parsing issues and includes Symmetric and Payload config tests and Payload conversion tests.
The platforms section in Package.swift has been updated to reflect the latest versions of macOS, iOS, tvOS, and watchOS. In addition, the CI workflow now uses the latest stable version of Xcode for building and testing.
The Swift tools version is updated from 5.1 to 5.8 in Package.swift. Additionally, corrected the indentation for the "NanoTDF" target definition to improve code readability.
Removed commented unused code block and made generateECDSASignature throw an exception instead of returning an optional value. Consequently, addSignatureToNanoTDF function has been updated to handle the thrown exception.
