## Summary
- Remove "Not yet on PyPI. Install from Git:" notes from
`device-connect-agent-tools` and `device-connect-server` READMEs
- Replace with simple `pip install` commands consistent with the root
README

Both packages are published on PyPI — the install docs were stale.
