Prepare v0.1.0 launch publication package

Summary

• convert release/distribution docs from pre-tag placeholders into evidence records
• add canonical launch narrative and channel copy for HN, Reddit, X, and LinkedIn
• align hosted-trial prompts and homepage copy with the objective LLM demo prompt
• add a CI guard so scheduled GCP test rig skips cleanly when GCP secrets are absent

Publication blockers recorded

• hosted node currently reports version 0.1.0-alpha.2 while public release is v0.1.0
• public status-page / monitoring URL still needs to be added before posting
• latest launch-prep CI must be green before external publication
• Reddit modmail is required for communities marked modmail pending

Verification

• live endpoint spot-checks returned 200 for froglet.dev, docs quickstart, ai health, try llms.txt, and marketplace healthz
• hosted demo spot-check returned status=succeeded, sum=12, and a receipt
• Claude Code 2.1.119 ran the final hosted-demo prompt and produced a useful proved/not-proved assessment, including the hosted version drift finding
